McNif is a young, founder-built CRM platform with one conviction: growing teams deserve a single integrated system — not ten disconnected tools and a stack of subscriptions to glue them together.
How it started
A CRM that does the whole job
McNif began with a familiar frustration. Running a growing business meant living across a pipeline tool, a separate inbox, a dialer, a chat app, a landing-page builder, and a spreadsheet to tie it all together. Every tool was fine on its own; together they were a tax on every day.
So we set out to build the opposite: one platform where the pipeline, the conversations, the outreach, and the analytics are the same system — where moving a deal forward updates the contact, the tasks, and the follow-ups automatically, because they were never really separate to begin with.
Along the way we noticed something else. Most CRMs make your customers leave their own product to use them. We think that is backwards. McNif is built to be the first CRM designed to embed into other products — so the customer relationship lives inside the tool people already trust, not in yet another tab.

A few principles we build by
We are early, and we would rather earn trust slowly than overstate what we are. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
Integrated, not bolted-on
Every module shares one data model, so a deal, a contact, and a conversation are the same record everywhere. No exports, no sync jobs, no copy-paste between tabs.
Honest by default
We say what is shipped and what is on the roadmap — and nothing in between. No vanity metrics, no claims we cannot stand behind.
Built to embed
McNif was designed from day one to live inside other products, not just beside them. A signed-token embed mode makes it part of the tool your customers already use.
