Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start free in minutes — no card required to set up your tenant and explore the core CRM. The prices below are illustrative placeholders while we finalise plans.
Can I use my own domain?
On Professional and Enterprise, yes. McNif uses SendGrid domain authentication so mail sends from your own verified domain, and reply routing lands responses straight back in the CRM. Starter sends through the shared platform sender.
What is embed mode?
Embed Mode (Tier 1, shipped) drops a chrome-less McNif view inside your own admin panel via a short-lived, HMAC-signed token. Your users get the CRM without leaving your product, scoped to your tenant with the same role-based access as the full app.
How is my data isolated?
Every tenant is isolated at the database with Postgres row-level security (RLS) — enforced in the database itself, not just filtered in application code. One tenant can never read another tenant’s rows.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Professional, and Enterprise as your team grows. Your data, settings, and team members carry over — you only change what each plan unlocks.
